I received my Bachelor’s degree from U of M Dearborn in 2012 with a major in Psychology and Minor in Sociology. I went on to continue my education at Oakland University, where I obtained a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health with a Minor in School Counseling in 2017. Throughout my education, I worked with the Youth Homelessness Regional Alliance, in the Foster Care System, Judicial System, Partial Hospitalization, Human Trafficking, and Community Mental Health. Most of my career has been working in crisis services and suicide prevention. I was privileged to be trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy by Josh Smith, LMSW at DBTI of Michigan. I am elated to join you and work with you on your mental health journey!
