Testimonials/Reviews

Therapists that genuinely care about your well-being and safety. Took me a long time to find a therapist that I feel comfortable with sharing, then I started going to see Fadra. It doesn't feel like a task anymore to go, like it used to when I saw different therapists. Great place!

Lisa and fadra are great people I have been with them for 2 almost 3 years now and I wouldn’t trade therapists for anything.  They present a warm and welcoming environment.

Lisa saved my life.  She is invested in her clients, and will do anything and everything to make sure we are learning to accept our own trauma, while at the same time, teaching us strategies which allow us to play an active role in healing.  Lisa is caring, kind and super funny, which makes her very easy to talk to.  I am grateful for her in ways I have never known.  She is dedicated, intelligent and welcoming , and is just straight up the best.

I can’t say enough about Fadra and Lisa.  I was very nervous to start therapy, but they put me at ease.  I think what I look for the most in a therapist is someone who I feel is relatable, but also someone who will challenge me to do the hard work of therapy.  I firmly believe the passion and dedication from the therapists at the DBT Center will help me on my journey.  I highly recommend.

This is THE best place to go to for therapy.  Fadra and Lisa are both amazing.  You won’t ever have to wonder if they’re putting you and your best interests first.  They are kind, warm, open, and honest, the way a great therapist and person should be.  I have received individual therapy from each of them and been a part of each of their groups, and I promise, you can’t go wrong with either of them.

DBT is wonderful, but DBT ran by Fadra and Lisa is a GAME CHANGER.  I can’t speak enough about these 2 ladies.  They genuinely care for each and every patient, and give them the care, empathy, compassion, and kindness that they would to a loved one.

You are not just a patient here.  Groups are more than just groups here.  You connect, experience, share, and grow with your peers.  After being in it for a while, I promise you will feel like you’ve found your second family.  The best part?  No judgement.  We are all going through similar things and many of us can relate to our similar past traumas.  Give this place a chance!  I promise you, it will be the best decision you ever made.  I know it has been for me.

I’ve been working with Fadra for a little over a year and a half and she has helped me find balance, self-love, and a plan to move forward where my BPD used to make all of those things almost unimaginable.  Cannot recommend enough.

Lisa and Fadra are the best !!  They genuinely care about people and helping your loved one get better .  They are accommodating, kind and knowledgeable.  You can tell that they have a passion for helping and healing not only the person but the entire family.

Lisa saved my daughter and my lives.

Lisa and Fadra are the best!!!  I’ve been seeing Fadra for about 2 years now and she is amazing!

Been with my therapist here for almost a year now.  I’ve learned a lot of coping skills and I’ve genuinely improved my life.
