Our Adolescent DBT Skills Training Class, offered on Saturdays from 2:00–4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 6:30–8:30 p.m., is designed to support teens as they navigate the challenges of growing up in an often overwhelming world. In this safe and understanding space, adolescents learn practical DBT skills to help them manage strong emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and build healthier relationships. Through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and communication skills, teens begin to understand themselves more deeply and feel more in control of their experiences. Our goal is to help each young person feel heard, supported, and empowered to handle life’s challenges with confidence and compassion — one step, and one skill, at a time.
