Our Adult Trauma Exposure DBT Skills Training Class, offered on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., provides a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals working to heal from the effects of trauma. This class helps participants gently process and understand their experiences while learning DBT skills that foster safety, stability, and self-compassion. Through mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance practices, participants can begin to reduce the intensity of painful emotions and regain a sense of control in their lives. Healing from trauma takes courage and patience, and this class is designed to help you move forward at your own pace — with understanding, respect, and the guidance needed to build a life worth living.
