Partner/Spouse Skills Training Class

Our Partner & Spouse DBT Skills Training Class is designed to help couples build stronger communication, deeper understanding, and healthier ways of navigating intense emotions together. In this supportive group, partners learn core DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication.

By learning these tools together, couples can better understand one another’s emotional experiences, reduce conflict, and respond to challenges with greater patience and clarity. DBT helps partners recognize that strong reactions often come from deeper emotional pain, and teaches practical ways to respond with compassion rather than escalation.

Our goal is to help partners strengthen their connection, communicate more effectively, and develop shared skills that support a more stable, understanding, and resilient relationship.
