Our Family DBT Skills Training Class is designed to support families who want to better understand and connect with their loved ones. In this class, family members learn core DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication.
These tools help families respond to difficult moments with greater patience and clarity, reduce conflict, and strengthen emotional connection. DBT also helps families understand that intense emotions often come from deep pain — and teaches compassionate ways to support one another.
Our goal is to help families grow together by building understanding, improving communication, and creating a more supportive path forward.
