DBT Partner/Family Skills Training Class

Our Partner and Family DBT Skills Training Class, offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:30 p.m., is designed to support loved ones of individuals participating in DBT. This class provides a safe and understanding space to learn the same skills your family member or partner is developing — including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. By learning these tools together, families and partners can begin to better understand one another, reduce conflict, and strengthen their emotional connection. DBT helps loved ones recognize that intense emotions and behaviors often come from deep pain, not defiance, and teaches compassionate ways to respond. Our goal is to help families heal together — fostering patience, empathy, and a shared sense of hope as everyone learns to navigate challenges with greater understanding and care.

We warmly welcome you to join us and take this step toward deeper understanding, stronger communication, and a more connected path to healing together.
