While Sara enjoys working with clients of all ages, she has a particular passion for supporting teens and young adults. She values their honesty, humor, and fresh perspectives, and strives to create a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. Sara also specializes in providing trauma-informed care to LGBTQ+ clients, with a strong focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals build emotional resilience and coping strategies.
Outside of her professional work, Sara is an avid crafter, gamer, and a dedicated animal lover. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends and caring for her many cats—both adopted and fostered.
