DBT Adult Skills Training Class

Our Adult DBT Skills Training Class, offered on Monday evenings from 6:30–8:30 p.m., is a supportive and compassionate space for individuals seeking to better understand themselves and find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. In this class, participants learn practical skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness — all designed to help bring more balance, calm, and clarity to everyday life. DBT can be especially helpful for those who feel emotions deeply or struggle with patterns that feel hard to change. Together, we explore how to navigate intense feelings, build resilience, and create more meaningful connections with others. You don’t have to face things alone — this class offers a community of understanding and a path toward healing, one step at a time.
