Basic DBT Skills Training Class

Our Basic DBT Skills Training Class, offered on Wednesdays from 12:00–2:00 p.m., provides a warm and welcoming space to begin learning the foundational skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This class introduces practical tools in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness — all designed to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and understanding.
