Mackenzie Hurt

Children’s DBT Group Facilitator & Behavior Support Specialist

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oakland University, I lead engaging and interactive DBT groups for children, helping them build skills in emotional regulation, coping, and communication. I bring energy, creativity, and a sense of humor into sessions to make learning these skills approachable and fun. Outside of group, I’m always available as a supportive, judgment-free listener for anyone who needs a little extra encouragement or someone to talk to. In my free time I enjoy going camping and spending quality time with my husband and our son!
