Sereny Sadler, LLP
I provide a compassionate, collaborative space for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, behavioral hurdles, and major life shifts. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and bring a rich background in community-based work, including service with AmeriCorps, alongside extensive experience conducting psychological evaluations for a wide variety of presenting concerns. To help clients build lasting emotional resilience, I offer an approach tailored to each individual's needs, addressing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ADHD management, frustration tolerance, trauma, grief, loss, family conflict, relationship issues, life transitions, LGBTQ+ support, somatic symptoms, self-esteem, and stress management. My practice specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop concrete skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy gaming, dancing, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
